Shipping Policy 

Xootr Australia ships orders via Australian Air Express, TNT Freight, Australia Post and several other carriers. Our orders are dispatched from our outsourced warehouse which is operated by Exalt Group in Smeaton Grange, NSW, Australia. The product prices on this website exclude the cost of shipping. We charge shipping 'at cost' which includes the freight cost plus our pick, pack and dispatch costs. The shipping fee for your order is shown on the website before you submit your payment to us. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Sydney orders usually arrive within 2 days of dispatch; Melbourne and Brisbane orders within 3 to 4 days; and all other orders within 7 days. 

Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns and Refunds Policy

Xootr Australia provides a satisfaction guarantee whereby if a purchaser or gift recipient is not completely satisfied with their new Xootr after trying it out, they may return the Xootr scooter to Xootr Australia within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided that the product(s) are in new condition and packaged in their original packaging. Just make sure that you do not damage the scooter, otherwise we will have to make an allowance for discounting the price on the scooter. The cost of return shipping has to be paid for by the customer or gift recipient.
