We warrant to customers who purchase a Xootr kick scooter, spare part or accessory from Xootr Australia that your purchase is free of defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase, except as noted below. If at any time within one year of your purchase, you discover a defect in materials or manufacturing, please contact us. We will replace the product. 

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including wear of tires, brake pads and rear mud guard and brake. This warranty applies only to products sold by Xootr Australia in Australia and New Zealand. 

Damage caused by stunt riding, racing, tricks or other abusive treatment is not covered by this warranty. This is a consumer warranty and does not apply to products used commercially or in rental operations.
